Weight Loss

Achieve your weight loss goals with personalized support and access to GLP-1 medications.

How It Works

What is GLP-1?

GLP-1 medications mimic a natural hormone in your body that helps regulate appetite, digestion, and blood sugar. By working with your biology—not against it—they make it easier to feel full sooner, stay satisfied longer, and reduce cravings.

Why It’s Different Than a Diet

Unlike crash diets or willpower-only plans, GLP-1s help regulate key metabolic pathways. That means less hunger, more energy, and better long-term outcomes. You're not starving yourself—you’re working with your body’s natural rhythm.

What You Can Expect

Week 1–2: You may notice a gentle reduction in appetite and fewer cravings.
Week 3–6: Weight loss begins, energy improves.
Week 7–12+: You’re in a groove. Meals feel manageable, and progress is steady.

FAQs

What are the side effects?
Mild nausea, constipation, or fatigue are common in the first few weeks. Most side effects improve with time and support from your provider.  If nausea is an issue, our team can prescribe anti nausea medication to help with the side effect.

Will I gain weight back when I stop?
Not necessarily. If you build healthy habits and taper off slowly with medical guidance, your results can be sustainable. For many patients, this is a life long medication just as one would take blood pressure medication to prevent hypertension.

How long do I need to take it?
Most people use GLP-1s for 6–12 months, but it depends on your goals and progress. Your provider will work with you on a long-term plan.

Can I use insurance?
Calling your insurance to check coverage and eligibility is a great start. Many patients choose self-pay for convenience and predictable pricing.

Is this just Ozempic?
We offer several GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide and tirzepatide, tailored to your needs.
